I am a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the NHS, where I daily support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, and the early signs of burnout. This experience has given me a firsthand view of the pressures that lead to burnout across many professions. In my private practice, I focus specifically on burnout prevention and recovery coaching.
My approach is integrative and practical, designed to help you recover from exhaustion, reconnect with your motivations, and rebuild a sustainable and fulfilling professional and personal life. I draw on evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing to help you reconnect with your core values and find motivation from within; Problem Solving to break down overwhelming challenges into manageable steps; and Solution-Focused Techniques to help you build a clear, positive vision for a balanced future, based on your existing strengths.
My commitment to my own well-being through regular supervision and personal therapy is a non-negotiable part of my practice. It ensures I remain a grounded, empathetic, and effective guide for your journey out of burnout and toward a more resilient and balanced life.
